You’ve likely heard of motion sickness and maybe even experienced it before. Instability affects our orientation and the results are well….unpleasant to say the least. We’ve all been experiencing stress, anxiety, frustration or sadness more so lately than in the past. Navigating the dynamics of uncertainty all around us is unsettling. Like motion sickness we’re bouncing all around emotionally. Everything is moving, unstable, uncertain and changing and the lack of stability triggers unpleasant emotions resulting in eMotion Sickness.
To combat these unpleasant feelings, many of us have developed intentional or accidental habits and tendencies over the past two months.
